Italian pasta ( 150 - 200 g)

Fresh prawns (10 - 15)

Onion (half, chopped)

Cream (100 - 150 ml)

Olive oil (appropriate amount)

Salt (appropriate amount)

Black pepper (appropriate amount)

Prawn marinade (appropriate amount)

black tea rubs(3g)
Instructions

Wash the shrimp, remove the shell and devein. Place the shrimp in a bowl, add the shrimp marinade (rubs), stir well, and marinate for 10-15 minutes.

According to the instructions on the pasta package, add enough water and salt to the pot, add the pasta after the water boils, cook until 80% cooked (al dente), remove and drain.

Heat the pan, pour in some olive oil, add the minced garlic and onion, and sauté over low heat.

Add the marinated shrimp and stir fry until the shrimp turns red.

Pour in the whipped cream, stir well, and bring to a slight boil.

Add the cheese and stir until the cheese is completely melted to form a thick sauce.

Add the cooked pasta and stir well to coat the pasta with the sauce.

Season with salt, black tea rubs, and black pepper according to personal taste. Serve the cheese shrimp pasta on a plate and sprinkle with some additional cheese powder or black pepper as garnish.
