Ingredients
- Ham slices (4 - 6, adjust according to personal appetite)
- Tomatoes (2 - 3)
- Lettuce leaves (appropriate amount)
- Onion (0.5, sliced)
- Cucumber (1, sliced)
- Lemon (0.5)
- Olive oil (appropriate amount)
- Salt (appropriate amount)
- Black pepper (appropriate amount)
- Honey (optional, appropriate amount)
- Vinegar (such as red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, etc., 1 - 2 tablespoons)
- Light soy sauce (optional, 1 tablespoon)
- Black tea seasoning(3g)

Heat the pan and pour in a proper amount of olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the ham slices into the pan and fry slowly over medium-low heat.

Fry until both sides of the ham are golden and slightly crispy. You can sprinkle some salt and black pepper to taste during the process. After frying, set aside.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Put the chopped tomatoes in a large bowl.

Add onion shreds, cucumber slices and lettuce leaves.

Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon to add a refreshing taste.

Add appropriate amounts of olive oil, vinegar, Black tea seasoning, salt and black pepper, and stir well. If you like a sweeter taste, you can add some honey or light soy sauce to season.
