Steps of Preparation:

 

1. Prepare the ingredients

  • Wash the vegetables. Cut the tomato and cucumber into thin slices, and tear the lettuce into appropriate - sized pieces. If using meats, the ham can be directly sliced, the bacon needs to be fried until both sides are golden and crispy, and the chicken and beef can be fried or boiled in advance and then sliced.
  • Fry the eggs. You can choose fried eggs or scrambled eggs according to personal preference.

2. Spread the sauce

  • Take a slice of bread and spread the sauce evenly on one side. If you like multiple flavors, you can choose to spread two or more sauces, but be careful not to spread too much to avoid affecting the taste.

3. Add the ingredients

  • Put vegetables, meats, eggs, cheese slices, and other ingredients on the bread with the sauce one by one. For example, first put lettuce, then ham slices, followed by tomato slices, fried eggs, and finally a slice of cheese.

4. Cover with another slice of bread

  • Choose another slice of bread to cover the ingredients and press gently to make the sandwich more compact.

  • 3. To prevent the sandwich from falling apart while eating, it can be fixed with toothpicks.
