Beef & Shrimp Teriyaki Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 150g beef, cut into chunks (marinated)

  • 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 200g spaghetti or pasta, cooked and drained

  • 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced

  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Sauce (mix ahead):

  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce (for color)

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons water or stock

  • 1 teaspoon black tea rubs

Instructions:

 

  1. Marinate the beef: Toss beef chunks with a bit of soy sauce, cooking wine, black tea rubs, and cornstarch. Let sit for 10 minutes.

  2. Cook the beef and shrimp: Heat oil in a pan. Sear the beef until it changes color, then stir-fry the shrimp until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. Sauté the veggies: In the same pan, stir-fry the bell pepper strips until slightly tender.

  4. Add pasta and sauce: Add the cooked pasta and the pre-mixed sauce. Toss everything together to coat evenly.

  5. Combine and finish: Return the cooked beef and shrimp to the pan. Stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes until everything is well combined and flavorful.

  6. Garnish: Sprinkle chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!
