Ingredients:
-
150g beef, cut into chunks (marinated)
-
150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
-
200g spaghetti or pasta, cooked and drained
-
1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
-
Chopped green onions, for garnish
Sauce (mix ahead):
-
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
-
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce (for color)
-
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
-
1 teaspoon sugar
-
Black pepper to taste
-
2 tablespoons water or stock
-
1 teaspoon black tea rubs
Instructions:
-
Marinate the beef: Toss beef chunks with a bit of soy sauce, cooking wine, black tea rubs, and cornstarch. Let sit for 10 minutes.
-
Cook the beef and shrimp: Heat oil in a pan. Sear the beef until it changes color, then stir-fry the shrimp until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
-
Sauté the veggies: In the same pan, stir-fry the bell pepper strips until slightly tender.
-
Add pasta and sauce: Add the cooked pasta and the pre-mixed sauce. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
-
Combine and finish: Return the cooked beef and shrimp to the pan. Stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes until everything is well combined and flavorful.
-
Garnish: Sprinkle chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!
