Tomato and Basil Linguine Recipe
Ingredients:

9g Tea&Grill BBQ green tea seasoning

200g linguine pasta

4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

1/4 cup thinly sliced red chili peppers, for garnish (optional)

1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Tomato Sauce:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it is translucent and slightly golden, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the chopped basil and green onions. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve:

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet with the tomato sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
