Korean Bibimbap Recipe

Ingredients:

5g green tea rubs (a mixture of green tea leaves, sugar, and spices)

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup sliced beef (sirloin or flank), cooked and sliced

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup chopped green onions, for garnish

1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the Green Tea Rubs:

Combine the green tea leaves, sugar, and spices in a small bowl to create the green tea rubs. This mixture will be used to season the beef.

Season the Beef:

Pat the sliced beef dry with paper towels. Rub the green tea rubs all over the beef, pressing the rubs into the meat to ensure they adhere well.

Cook the Vegetables:

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced carrots, zucchini, spinach, mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Cook each vegetable separately until tender but still crisp. Season with salt and pepper.

In the same skillet, cook the seasoned beef slices until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
