Pomegranate and Cilantro Packet Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon green tea rubs (a mixture of green tea leaves, sugar, and spices)
1 cup cooked quinoa or rice
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
1/4 cup sliced almonds or pistachios, toasted
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions:
Prepare the Green Tea Rubs:
Combine the green tea leaves, sugar, and spices in a small bowl to create the green tea rubs. This mixture will be used to season the quinoa or rice.
Season the Quinoa or Rice:
2. In a large bowl, toss the cooked quinoa or rice with the green tea rubs until evenly coated.
