  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • Optional: 1/4 cup thinly sliced jalapeño for added spice
