Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds (21 to 24 count) large shrimp, shell on
  • 6 tablespoons canola oil, divided
  • 12 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped, divided
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion

Instructions:

Prepare the Shrimp:

  • Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Remove the shells if desired, but leave the tails on for presentation。
