Ham and Egg Croissant Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Croissant: 1

  • Ham slices: 2 - 3

  • Egg: 1

  • Cheese slices (optional): 1 - 2

  • Lettuce leaves: an appropriate amount

  • Butter: 10 - 15 g

  • Salt: 1 - 2 g

  • Black pepper: 1 - 2 g

  • Tea seasoning (3g)

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a frying pan until it melts, then crack in the eggs.

  2. Fry the eggs to your liking, either sunny-side up or hard-boiled. Season with salt, tea rubs, and black pepper.

  3. Cut the croissant horizontally, but do not cut it all the way through.

  4. Place lettuce leaves, ham slices, cheese slices (if using), and the fried eggs on the bottom of the croissant.

  5. Cover the top of the croissant and press lightly.

Tips

  1. If you like, you can add some herbs such as rosemary or thyme when frying the eggs to enhance the flavor.

  2. The croissants can be lightly toasted to make them more crispy.

     

  3. In addition to ham and cheese, you can also add other vegetables such as tomato slices, cucumber slices or onion rings according to your personal taste.
