Ingredients (Serves 2)

200g (7 oz) spaghetti

100g (3.5 oz) shrimp, peeled and deveined

4–5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

6–8 cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Black tea seasoning (optional), for garnish
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over low heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant but not browned.

Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they release their juices.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper, and toss quickly to combine.

Serve immediately, garnished with black tea rubs if desired.
Chef’s Tip: For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes when sautéing the garlic.
