Ingredients:

4 slices of sandwich bread (toast)

1 can of tuna (approx. 150g, drained)

2–3 tbsp mayonnaise or salad dressing

Lettuce leaves – to taste

1 tbsp finely chopped onion (optional)

A pinch of black pepper &black tea seasoning

Butter – for pan-toasting the bread
Instructions:

Make the Filling: Flake the drained tuna with a fork. Mix it with mayonnaise, chopped onion (if using), black tea seasoning, and black pepper.

Toast the Bread: Lightly spread butter on both sides of each slice. Toast in a pan until both sides are golden and slightly crispy.

Assemble the Sandwich: Place lettuce on one slice of toast, spoon on the tuna mixture, and top with another slice.

Serve: Cut diagonally and enjoy warm or at room temperature!
