Ingredients:

200g spaghetti

8–10 shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Clams and mussels – a handful each

2 cloves garlic (minced)

200g cherry tomatoes or canned tomatoes

Olive oil, white wine, salt, black tea seasoning, black pepper – to taste

Chopped parsley – for garnish
Instructions:

Cook the Pasta: Boil spaghetti in salted water for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Cook the Seafood: Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add clams and mussels, then pour in white wine. Cover and cook until shells open.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning: Stir in the chopped tomatoes or canned tomatoes. Season with salt, black tea seasoning and black pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.

Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked spaghetti into the sauce. Toss everything together over medium heat for 1–2 minutes to absorb the flavor.

Serve: Plate and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
