9g Tea&Grill BBQ green tea seasoning

200g puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:
Prepare the Puff Pastry:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Lightly grease a baking tray with vegetable oil.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of about 1/8 inch. Cut the pastry into circles using a round cookie cutter or a glass. Place the pastry circles on the prepared baking tray.

Bake the pastry circles in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up. Remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
Prepare the Cream Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until the cream is thick and holds its shape.
